I always thought that I was gonna fail at this. But I’m not!
I lose 1.5 kg! In three months. It’s been so hard for me. Because I have to break all the bad habits.
1) I barely eat snack, sweet anymore. Twice a week at most. I don’t eat any chocolate for two weeks now. And barely have temptation to eat.
2) I eat less, esp. dinner! how the hell can i do that? i usually ate a lot.
3) I eat fat less, I still can’t cut the fat. But I eat less, with less desire. It’s good, right?
1) I can’t eat fruit for dinner. I have to eat rice or something to keep me full.
2) I can’t make a habit of exercise. I just can’t.. too much work, less time, and no desire to jog.
I want to lose one or two more kg. Wish me luck. :)
